Bahama Mama-Green Protein Smoothie

Here’s a quick Green Smoothie recipe that can serve as a meal replacement or as a energy booster after a hard workout at the gym! 




  *  1 Cup of Organic Tropical Fruit Blend: Pineapples, Bananas, Strawberries & Mango.

  * 1 Cup of Organic Baby Spinach

  * 10 oz of Unsweetened Almond Milk

 * 1 tbsp of Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal

  * 1 scoop of  Isopure Creamy Vanilla Protein


Place all ingredients in your blender and blend on high until very smooth. There’s no need to add ice to this smoothie because your fruit is already frozen. Pour in your favorite glass and enjoy!
